Dr. Heather Owens is a board-certified OB/GYN serving women throughout Central Arkansas with personalized, comprehensive healthcare. A Little Rock native, she earned her medical degree and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Owens specializes in women's wellness, annual gynecologic exams, menopause and perimenopause management, hormone optimization, sexual health, weight management, breast care, and preventive healthcare. She also provides expert treatment for abnormal Pap smears, heavy menstrual bleeding, and other gynecologic conditions, along with a range of in-office, outpatient, and surgical procedures.

Caitlyn's strong nursing foundation began with 7 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), followed by 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner in clinical research, weight management, and women's health. McKenna Robertson is a licensed esthetician whose work blends artistry, science, and a deep commitment to women’s wellness. Over the past four years, she has become known for her thoughtful approach to skincare, her love for lash artistry, and her fascination with the science of skin health — from cellular repair to product chemistry.
Her journey began as Lead Esthetician at her first salon and spa, where she honed her passion for electrotherapeutic techniques and corrective treatments that help women feel confident in their skin. Now part of Women First Gynecology and Wellness with Dr. Heather Owens, she continues to help women honor their natural beauty and embrace every stage of their skin’s evolution.
Jennifer DeVore, RN is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with over 17 years of experience delivering patient-centered care. She spent 14 years specializing in Hematology/Oncology, where she provided comprehensive care and support to patients throughout some of their most challenging health journeys.
After years of working in oncology, Jennifer transitioned into the field of aesthetic medicine three years ago, seeking to bring a different kind of healing and positivity into patients’ lives. She is passionate about helping individuals enhance their confidence and rediscover a sense of self.
Jennifer finds great fulfillment in knowing she plays a role in uplifting her patients—helping them leave feeling more confident, empowered, and positive than when they arrived.
Cyndi Szarmach is an experienced mammographer with over 22 years in the field. Inspired by her mother's life- extended by 33 years thanks to early detection- she is passionate about the impact of mammography.
She began her work in radiology at 40 and has since worked in diverse settings, including the Navajo reservation and 10 years with Hologic, gaining expertise in all areas of mammography. Cyndi is dedicated to patient-centered care and takes pride in being exactly where she's meant to be, doing the work she loves.
Hannah is a highly knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse with a strong focus in women's health and wellness. Since working alongside Dr. Owens beginning in 2022, she has built meaningful connections with patients and contributed to supportive, continuity-driven care experience. With a genuine passion for patient education, Hannah is dedicated to empowering each individual to feel confident, informed, and actively involved in their health journey.
